Text says 'your wedding day stationery' over an image of brown and orange menys with gold fringing on an amber plate.

What is wedding day stationery?

Sometimes called ‘on-the-day’ stationery, we’re talking menus, place names, welcome signs, table plans, order of the day and anything else paper-based that you’d like to see on the day of your wedding.

By choosing a suite from the house collection or going bespoke with your very own design, it’s possible to seamlessly match your invites with your wedding day stationery, and even with your wedding favours!

What does wedding day stationery include?

I can design you welcome signs, order of service sheets or booklets, table plans, table numbers or names, place names and food and drinks menus. Thought of something else you want? No worries - just let me know! It can be part of your bespoke design or a house style.

Does my wedding day stationery need to match my invites?

The joy of having your very own graphic designer (hey - that’s me!) is that I can take your design from your save the date all the way through to your wedding day - ceremony, table, bar and beyond. I believe it’s important because, previous to the wedding day, your guests have only interacted with one point of the day’s aesthetic - the invites you sent them.

Continuing that same style is a smooth transition in to the celebrations of the day, and can also be super helpful. If they know what they’re looking for, then recognisable signposts or cocktail menus could actually aid them as they navigate your venue. Plus, you know, it’s just nice for everything to look consistent. I’m basically designing you your own brand and it’s most impactful if it remains the same every time your guests interact with it.

If you’ve found me later in your planning journey and have already sent invites out, read my blog post on whether you need to match your wedding day stationery with your invitation designs.
